Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
Consultations are held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in the afternoon between 2PM and 4:30PM.
Appointments & Cancellations
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Payment
Cosmetic surgery is generally not covered by health insurance. In order to schedule surgery a 20% minimum deposit must be made no later than 3-weeks prior to the anticipated date of surgery. We accept cash, money orders, certified bank checks, and all major credit or debit cards. A valid photo ID is required for credit card transactions and the cardholder must be physically present in the office to complete the transaction. We do not process credit/debit card payments over the phone, via mail nor through email. The surgical fee balance must be paid in full no later than three days prior to the date of surgery. Patients may be approved for financing with a low or no-interest monthly payment plan by applying below to one of our financing vendors: Care Credit, Alphaeon Credit, and/or Prosper Healthcare.
Emergency
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (347) 501-2162 and Dr. Filstein will be contacted immediately.

Mark Filstein, MD provides our patients with office forms for your convenience. We recommend you print and fill these forms prior to your appointment to save time.
