Gynecomastia (Male Breast Reduction)
For men who feel self-conscious about their appearance, breast-reduction surgery can help. Gynecomastia is a term used in medicine and surgery that comes from Greek that means "woman - like breasts." The enlargement can be from excess glandular tissue or fat or both. Though this oddly named condition is rarely talked about, it is actually quite common. The procedure removes fat and or glandular tissue from the breasts, and in extreme cases removes excess skin, resulting in a chest that is flatter, firmer, and better contoured.
Small incisions are made in either the armpit or areola (the dark skin surrounding the nipples) and excess fat and glandular tissue is removed, both directly and with liposuction. Prior to the procedure, appropriate testing is done to make certain that there is no hormonal imbalance.
This procedure takes about two hours and is done under general anesthesia. Insurance may cover the costs of the procedure. Swelling and bruising are to be expected. Medication will control the minimal pain and discomfort that patients usually experience. It is suggested that a week or two will be needed for recovery.

Pectoral Implants
These implants provide men with a firmer, stronger looking chest. Like a breast implants for women, a small incision is made under the pectoral muscle and the implant is inserted. There is minimal scarring and you can resume everyday activities within a few days.
Calf Implants
Calf implants allow men to have more muscular and fit looking calves. This implant procedure involves making a small incision behind the knee and placing a pliable rubber implant next to the calf muscle, making the calf muscle bulge out more.
You can assume normal activities within a few days, but you will feel some discomfort because your legs will be stiff and sore. Strenuous work and exercise involving your legs should be avoided for a minimum of 6 weeks after surgery.
Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure that is performed on the labia major (the outer lips of the vagina) and/or the labia minor (the inner lips of the vagina). It is used to reduce the size of labia that are too large, and to reshape labia that are uneven, improving their appearance and reducing associated discomfort. A relatively minor surgical procedure, it is performed for cosmetic, hygienic, pain-relief and/or functional reasons. Labiaplasty can be performed alone or in conjunction with procedures such as vaginoplasty and liposuction. Labiaplasty specialists are often plastic surgeons, obstetricians/gynecologists, or urologists.
Vaginoplasty
When a woman gives birth, the vagina and surrounding tissues stretch to allow the baby to pass through. After birth, the vagina gradually contracts to a normal diameter once more, but it does not reach its previous tightness, tone or elasticity. Genitoplasty, also known as vaginoplasty or vaginal tightening, is a cosmetic procedure that tightens muscles in the vagina that may have loosened from aging or childbirth.
